Momentum is not a medical fund, and is a separate entity to Wooltru Healthcare Fund. These voluntary complementary products range from a world-class lifestyle rewards programme, Multiply, to the HealthSaver account. These complementary products are not medical fund benefits. You can be a member of Wooltru Healthcare Fund without taking any of the complementary products that Momentum offers.
HealthSaver is a Momentum product that allows Wooltru Healthcare Fund members to save for medical expenses, such as vitamins, cosmetic surgery and more. Not only can you choose the amount to contribute according to your own needs and pocket, but seamless integration with Wooltru Healthcare Fund means it is the most convenient way to pay for treatments and procedures not already covered by your benefit option.
If you are already a member of Multiply, complete the HealthSaver application form below to activate your HealthSaver account, go for your health risk assessment at Dis-Chem or Clicks and start earning points and HealthReturns. It is as simple as that!
The extra you save each month will make things a lot easier when your day-to-day/savings are exhausted. Simply complete the HealthSaver application form below and return it by email to [email protected]. You can choose to save as little as R100 per month towards your healthcare costs or your HealthSaver account could simply be used to save your HealthReturns without paying any monthly contributions.
